You are absolutely right about “Call me, we’ll set up an appointment.” It stops the “shoplifters” dead in their tracks. On the other had, dropping a couple of creative thoughts can often whet their appetites and insure that the request for an appointment is made.

Welcome back Mary, we missed you. I LOVED the Money article. Even after all my years of being in business I am quilty of over thinking the money end of things. Having my assistant do the design billing has saved me lots of money in design fees and headaches.
