I had a great time at the Pennsylvania SouthEast Chapter of the WCAA last week – met a ton of people from all over the state.
When I returned I had an inquiry from a peer from Australia…. and one from a peer in Denmark (and yes, Larsen IS of Danish decent : )
Today I want to do something a little different – I want to know where YOU are from!
We have so much power in impacting the world in a BIG WAY because of all the technology we have at our fingertips – and I would love for everyone in our design circle to have a chance to get to know one another. Cause hey, you never know when you just might need someone in Denmark – or someone in Lansdale, PA to help you out!

Contracted to new home builders and do some commercial and alot of retail residential niche market in window coverings only but educated at Michigan State University in environmental design. I am from St. Micheal, Barbados. I started designing a little less than a year ago. It has been an amazing experience so far. I focus on consultations and helping customers choose the right colors for their homes.

I have been an Interior Designer in Dallas, Texas for thirty five years. Most of those years I have been self employed and been able to make a nice living and raise two children. I have had numerous photos of my work published and have even written articles about design & renovations.
Almost two years ago I lost both of my parents within four months of one another. What a shock that was……& I haven’t worked a day since. This brings a whole new meaning to the word “FROZEN!”. I am now at the end of my savings and am about to go into a panic mode. Your article called Ahh, Progress has inspired me. I’m starting on it tonight! Thanks for the advice.

Took 10 years off for my children.This past April was fortunate to meet up with two interior decorators out here who were looking for an assistant. It has been a fabulous experience!
