The design business can be very stressful at times due to the fact that you can plan and be as detailed as possible but if a vendor or contractor does not come through then it your problem
and your reputation in front of the client.
I have found that staying calm and making a short term plan to rectify problems and quickly communicating with clients helps to reduce everyone&#039;s stress level.
Taking time for your self both professionally ( long term planning ) and personally  ( celebrating success) can be a great 
way to reduce the day in and out stress of this business.</description>
